Upon successful completion of the programme, you will receive an internationally recognised Bachelor of Arts degree. The Nursing & Health Management (B.A.) degree provides comprehensive knowledge for administrative and organisational tasks in various health and social care institutions.

Without this state certification and two years of practical experience in the nursing profession within the last eight years, management roles in such care facilities are not legally accessible.
With professional certification in nursing and healthcare in accordance with the Nursing Professions Act:
- Management tasks in outpatient, semi-inpatient and inpatient care facilities, e.g. as nursing service manager, residential area manager or group manager
With or without professional certification in nursing and healthcare in accordance with the Nursing Professions Act:

- Management of healthcare facilities, e.g. in therapeutic practices (physiotherapy and occupational therapy), medical supply stores
- Work for cost bearers and insurance companies as well as in supervisory bodies
- Administrative tasks in healthcare facilities, such as human resources, controlling, quality management, logistics, marketing or purchasing
