The FHD adopted a new concept for equality and diversity in July 2020. It is committed to gender mainstreaming. In its concepts and decisions, it takes into account the situation of women and men as well as other discriminatory target groups.
Gender equality contributes to the quality assurance of teaching, staff development and the promotion of young academics. It is a cross-sectional task that aims to develop and ensure optimal framework conditions for equal opportunities for all.
