Continuing professional development and lifelong learning are key concepts in today’s information and knowledge society. They require a willingness to continually update and expand one’s knowledge, skills and competences.
Through its academic continuing education programmes, FHD - University of Applied Sciences aims to help broaden and deepen individual skills, whilst also offering businesses a tool for staff development. The programmes combine research, practical application and close links to industry.
Alongside teaching and research, academic continuing education forms the third pillar of knowledge transfer at FHD - University of Applied Sciences. Our continuing education programmes take various forms, ranging from lectures and certificate courses to in-house training and part-time degree programmes.
