INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

Innovation cycles are faster than ever, competition is increasing, and companies need professional innovation management and marketing. The part-time Master's programme in Innovation Management provides in-depth knowledge on how to systematically innovate and market products, services, processes and procedures, promote innovation structures and cultures, and build teams with the right mindset. You will analyse market potential, derive precise and sustainable marketing strategies, and take responsibility for the environment and society. You will measure success using data-driven and digital marketing tools and expand your knowledge in the field of data science. This ensures that your decisions are always goal-oriented and well-founded, and that your success in the market is no coincidence.

Since classes are only held two to three days a week, you will have plenty of time to gain practical experience or work on your own projects alongside your studies. You can contribute your own ideas or projects from your job to your studies at any time and develop them further. The close link between technical and methodological skills and their application in real-life work situations is a fundamental part of the programme. The admission requirement for the programme is a professionally qualifying university degree recognised in Germany, namely a relevant bachelor's degree or a diploma worth at least 180 CP*.

as well as degree programmes that include relevant business administration components worth at least 30 CP.

*If you have a bachelor's degree worth 210 CP, you have the option of shortening your master's programme by one semester. We will be happy to review this option on an individual basis after receiving your application.
