Dresden University of Applied Sciences – Your practical degree programme without an admission restriction

Aktuelles:

We are a state-recognised, private university of applied sciences in the heart of Dresden.
With a passion for education, we focus on your personal development and professional success. You will benefit from a professional, practice-oriented learning environment where appreciation, individual support and genuine assistance are part of everyday life.

Your benefits

With us, you study in small groups instead of large lecture halls. This allows us to get to know you better and nurture your individual strengths. Our academic staff are always available to listen to you and your concerns.

Appreciation, openness and community are our top priorities. At our modern and centrally located campus, you will study in the heart of Dresden. Enjoy your breaks in our on-site cafeteria or take a stroll in the Großer Garten park.

In addition to technical expertise, you will also learn future skills such as strategic thinking, solution orientation and intercultural competence. This will open up many paths for you after your studies – whether you pursue a traditional career or your own business idea.

Our degree programmes combine sound theoretical knowledge with intensive practical experience: guest lectures, excursions, practical projects, workshops and internships. This ensures that you are optimally prepared for your dream job and can already start collecting references for your CV.

At FHD, it’s all about you – your path to the right degree programme in Dresden

The decision to study is an individual one. Whether you are a school pupil, have completed vocational training or are looking for a career change, we will help you find the study model that suits your life.

Whether full-time or part-time, both models offer you maximum flexibility. We will work with you to answer any questions you may have about course content, admission requirements, studying without a school leaving certificate, NC-free studies or financing.

Our degree programmes are NC-free, it is possible to study without a school leaving certificate, and many programmes can also be completed alongside work.

Personal study counselling – on site or via video call
