In cooperation with ASB Neustadt, a two-year project is being conducted in collaboration with Dresden University of Applied Sciences, specifically Prof. Dr. M. Heinrich-Zehm, to research the scheduling of outpatient and inpatient long-term care. To this end, the downtime of various facilities will first be recorded and evaluated. The focus here is on the question of what connection there is between the number of hours worked, age and occupational groups in the facilities. In a second step, the personnel requirements for individual absence concepts can then be determined. The project is to end with the implementation of various absence concepts and a possible evaluation.
