Nowadays, it is becoming increasingly easy to map processes in digital twins and derive potential for optimisation. This project also took advantage of this. Based on a problem analysis of current flowcharts and arrangements, a 3D animation was used to highlight improvements in error prevention, time savings and the general process and communication structure, and an implementation concept was developed.

Focus on innovation: From vision to reality – the innovation process of the FamiliAR project
The FamiliAR project combines advanced technologies from AI and AR. The long-term goal is to preserve the essence of what makes us unique for future generations. To this end, digital twins are created and trained. Among other things, this should enable a new kind of mourning and remembrance through communication with the digital twins of deceased persons.
Interactive trade fair approaches to attract Generation Z, using Infineon as an example
Against the backdrop of a growing shortage of skilled workers, the project aims to optimise Infineon's recruitment funnel for Generation Z trainees. Based on analyses of the target group's specific characteristics, gamification elements were developed for use at trade fairs, among other venues. The aim is to raise awareness and enthusiasm for the jobs on offer, while also collecting more data for the targeted, low-loss recruitment of new talent.
