Project Background

The Erasmus+ funded project ROLEPL-AI aims to develop and test an AI-supported remote simulation training along with an integrated set of tools for vocational and academic education in management. The training leverages immersive technologies, artificial intelligence, and pedagogical practice to create a realistic learning environment.

Objectives

The project develops a remote training program designed to train soft skills and conflict management in management contexts. The training is implemented via AI-supported simulations in the Teemew Metaverse for professional and academic development.

Fachhochschule Dresden leads the use case and scenario development work package, which focuses on:

• Defining the pedagogical framework for the pilot phase

• Creating case studies aligned with the defined didactic approach
