The project develops adaptive and creative teaching-and-learning solutions for initial and continuing training in the electrical trades. The main focus is on establishing and testing a modern, assisted digital learning-process companion equipped with AI tools. This system is intended to integrate more effectively into operational work processes and to enable work-process-oriented learning through increased location- and time-independent learning phases.

Based on the needs of companies, the project focuses on the following sub-objectives:

  • Development and implementation of an AI-supported LMS that creates flexible, adaptive learning solutions to support individuals with different performance levels and, for example, provide performance-motivating learning opportunities.

  • Development of target-group- and company-specific learning tools based on Copilot-guided learning paths to make learning phases more flexible.

  • Development of supporting demo applications (based on Extended Reality (XR) technologies) to deepen understanding and systematize learning content.

The envisioned high level of digital flexibility, gamification, and interaction within the learning experience contributes to improving the quality and attractiveness of vocational education and training. Another key component is the integrative qualification of training personnel, based on integrated implementation scenarios to facilitate the transfer of these approaches into practical use.
