Promoting teaching, research and the future together
Whilst the FHD Alumni Network serves as a free communication platform for all former students, the FHD Friends’ Association brings together the financial and non-monetary support of graduates, companies, professors and benefactors. As a charitable initiative, the association provides targeted support for education, innovation and equal opportunities at our university.
Our core tasks:
- Supporting student projects: Financial and non-financial support for innovative term papers, dissertations and field trips.
- Supporting young talent & scholarships: Supporting high-achieving and particularly committed students (e.g. through the Deutschlandstipendium).
- Practical application & networking: Strengthening the exchange between academia, business, culture and civil society in the region.
- Facilities & campus life: Supporting forward-looking projects that enrich life and learning at the FHD.
