Christian Schölke

Christian Schülke has been working at the NewWorkDesignLab since completing his degree in Media Informatics/Media Design at Dresden University of Applied Sciences in 2025. Whilst studying, he worked in the field of game and software development and took on the role of director of the Media Days as part of the Werkstatttage Dresden. Since graduating, he has been researching at the New Work Design Lab how knowledge transfer can be reimagined and brought to life through extended reality and artificial intelligence – with a particular focus on user experience. He is exploring these questions, amongst other things, in the Holospace XR validation project, which develops immersive XR technology for hybrid meetings, as well as in the project ‘Learning with AI in the Electrical Trades’, which is developing AI-supported, creative and adaptive teaching and learning methods for initial and continuing vocational training in the electrical trades.
